Contract terms
- The platform buys the goods from the supplier directly. The business never receives this $900 as cash.
- The business then repays cost plus a markup agreed at signing, over 4 months. The markup does not grow if repayment is late.
- Investors expect 7–9% over the whole term. The range is there because the final supplier invoice sets the exact figure.
- If the business fails, you can lose some or all of this money. Recovery goes back to investors in proportion to what each put in.
- If fraud is found, the business is permanently banned and what remains is liquidated back to investors.
Risk disclosure

This is a venture market. These are small, young businesses, and some fail. Returns are expectations, not promises.
You may not be able to get your money out before a contract ends. Keep each investment small and spread across businesses.
