Contract C-1905: Roofing sheet stock
What happened
Final tranche paused: the delivery note does not match the supplier invoice. The platform is reviewing it.
It is worth the money it will still pay you. Money later is worth a bit less than money now, so later payments count for less. The line falls as payments reach you: that money is already yours, not lost.
In month 2: $7.10
Pick a month
How much do you want to earn each year?
In month 2, one unit is worth about $7.10, if you want 12% a year.
It still has $7.27 to pay out. In its last month, just before the final payment, it is worth $1.82.
The last price is $6.48, so it is worth 10% more than that price. Buying at that price would earn about 75.0% a year.

| Month 3 | $5.35 |
| Month 4 | $3.58 |
| Month 5 | $1.80 |
| Month 6 | $1.82 |
A guess, not a promise. It assumes every payment arrives in full and on time. If payments stop, a unit is worth less.

Contract terms
- The platform buys the goods from the supplier directly. The business never receives this $2,800 as cash.
- The business then repays cost plus a markup agreed at signing, over 6 months. The markup does not grow if repayment is late.
- Investors expect 8–10% over the whole term. The range is there because the final supplier invoice sets the exact figure.
- If the business fails, you can lose some or all of this money. Recovery goes back to investors in proportion to what each put in.
- If fraud is found, the business is permanently banned and what remains is liquidated back to investors.
Risk disclosure
You can lose some or all of your money.
This is a venture market. These are small, young businesses, and some fail. Returns are expectations, not promises.
You may not be able to get your money out before a contract ends. Keep each investment small and spread across businesses.
